How do I access support for KnowledgeTreeLive?

Support is only available for KnowledgeTreeLive Premium customers. KnowledgeTreeLive Free! offers no support.

KnowledgeTreeLive Premium subscribers may create support tickets within the KnowledgeTreeLive application. Once logged, your support tickets are handled by our support engineers. You may review the status of the tickets from within the KnowledgeTreeLive application. You will also receive emails notifying you of the status of your support tickets.
